About the role

Golding Homes is seeking a motivated Plumber / Multi Trader to join its Repairs and Maintenance team in Maidstone. You will work across a portfolio of properties, ensuring high‑quality standards and timely completion of repairs for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing and related trade repairs in residential properties.
• Travel to various sites within Maidstone and surrounding areas, adapting to different tasks each week.
• Work alongside other skilled operatives to meet service level agreements.
• Participate in an out‑of‑hours emergency rota when required.
