PMO Coordinator – Programme Support Role

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to support our programme delivery function within SiXworks, a provider of secure digital solutions for defence and national security. The role focuses on maintaining programme data integrity, governance standards and facilitating smooth delivery cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly and monthly status reports, ensuring accurate data and professional presentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and resource management, including timesheet submission and utilisation forecasting.
• Act as central liaison for the programme team, assisting project managers and technical leads across workstreams.
• Maintain and update RAID logs, reviewing and escalating items as needed.
• Conduct internal audits of project documentation and stage‑gate evidence to align with SiXworks and IBM delivery frameworks.
• Organise and document governance meetings, tracking actions to completion.
• Assist with planning and execution of customer and internal events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a PMO coordinator or analyst role.
• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data entry and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to fast‑changing requirements and shifting priorities.
• People‑centric attitude, viewing PMO as a service function.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised, capable of managing multiple administrative threads simultaneously.
