PMO Governance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Governance Analyst to join our Change Team. Working at portfolio level, you will help drive effective governance, smarter decision‑making and successful project delivery for our pension administration business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and review Change Impact Assessments and ensure alignment with the Change Delivery Framework.
• Provide data‑driven insights and reporting to support portfolio‑level decision‑making.
• Identify, log and monitor risks, issues and themes across projects and small changes.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and track progress.
• Support continuous improvement of governance processes and delivery standards.

Required profile

• Highly organised and analytical with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in a PMO, governance or change‑management environment.
• Ability to interpret data, produce clear reports and communicate findings.
• Proactive attitude and collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional teams.
