PMO Support / Project Coordinator – Contract

About the role

Our client, a global leader in the life‑sciences sector, is seeking a PMO Support / Project Coordinator to assist with a portfolio of around 16 device‑assembly and operational projects. Working within a regulated GMP environment, you will partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality and validation teams to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, action logs and documentation for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and capture minutes.
• Follow up on actions, monitor deadlines and flag risks or issues.
• Support project reporting, governance and change‑control processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Validation stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a PMO Support, Project Coordinator, Project Support or Assistant Project Manager role.
• Proven ability to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical‑device or GMP‑regulated setting is advantageous.
