About the role
The Portfolio Administrator will support investment managers and wider teams in a fast‑moving financial services firm based in London. You will act as the primary point of contact for client, adviser and internal queries while ensuring accurate portfolio administration and high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the go‑to contact for complex technical queries from clients, investment managers and IFAs.
- Handle client and introducer enquiries via phone and email.
- Open new client portfolios and maintain existing ones.
- Process payment instructions, asset sales and verification callbacks.
- Update client KYC information and manage account amendments.
- Assist senior investment administrators with work allocation and quality checks.
Required profile
- Approximately 3 years of experience in wealth or investment management administration.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, providers and internal stakeholders.
