About the role

You will join a leading CDMO organisation that delivers large‑scale programmes in a highly regulated environment. As a Portfolio Scheduler / Programme Planner you will create and maintain integrated schedules that drive successful delivery across multiple work streams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive programme schedules, ensuring logical sequencing of activities.
• Manage dependencies and identify the critical path to support realistic timelines.
• Analyse change impacts, flag risks and bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, challenging assumptions around timelines and resources.
• Provide clear reporting and insights on schedule performance to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme or portfolio planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of critical path analysis and dependency management.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Confident stakeholder engagement with constructive challenge capability.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
