Post Completions Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Post Completions Supervisor to lead a newly created team within a modern legal practice in the Wirral. The role focuses on overseeing all post‑completion activities for residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with Land Registry procedures and lender requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage post‑completion matters across residential conveyancing, including purchases, sales, equity transfers and re‑mortgages.
• Prepare, check and submit Land Registry applications (AP1, FR1, etc.) and respond to requisitions.
• Liaise with lenders to satisfy post‑completion obligations and maintain accurate diaries, deadlines and undertakings.
• Instruct accounts to reconcile and refund residual balances, and close files according to internal procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of open and closed files, review compliance against regulatory rules and lender handbooks, and produce audit reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing post‑completion.
• Strong knowledge of Land Registry processes and lender requirements.
• Methodical, process‑driven with a high sense of accountability.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads and strict deadlines.
• Experience within an SRA‑regulated firm and familiarity with compliance reporting is desirable.

Required skills
