About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postal Delivery Driver (often called a "Postie") in Bexhill‑on‑Sea. You will be the face of our trusted service, delivering letters and parcels to homes and businesses while staying active and connected to the community.

Key responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver mail by van and on foot across assigned routes.
• Build relationships with customers and represent Royal Mail professionally.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including weekend and Sunday shifts.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points) registered to your current name and address.
• Physically fit for walking up to 12 miles and lifting 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
