Postal Delivery Driver – Glasgow (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postal Delivery Driver in Glasgow, delivering letters and parcels to local communities. You will work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, and be the friendly face that brings important items to customers' doors.

Key responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver mail by van and on foot across assigned routes.
• Build relationships with customers and represent Royal Mail’s service standards.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, handling high volumes during peak periods.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points) registered to your name and address.
• Physically fit for walking long distances (up to 12 miles) and lifting 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
