Postperson (Postal Delivery Driver) – Bracknell

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postperson in Bracknell, delivering letters and parcels to your local community. This fixed‑term, part‑time position offers a rotating shift schedule, including occasional weekends, and provides the chance to stay active while representing a trusted national service.

Key responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the Bracknell Delivery Office.
• Deliver mail by van and on foot, covering up to 12 miles per day.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver a wide range of items, from exam results to birthday cards.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and adhere to safety and delivery standards.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points) registered to your current name and address.
• Physically fit to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, and lift 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and resilience in a busy environment.
