About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postperson with Driving, delivering mail and parcels across a vibrant London area. This fixed‑term, part‑time position offers a dynamic mix of driving, walking, and community interaction, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and serving neighbours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business addresses within the assigned route.
• Operate a company vehicle safely, complying with traffic laws and Royal Mail policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Work flexible hours, including Sundays on a rota, between 08:00 and 15:15.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• Organised, punctual and committed to excellent customer service.
• Physically fit for long periods of walking and able to work in any weather.
• Strong sense of community and pride in the role.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
