Postperson with Driving – Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postperson with Driving on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract in Glasgow. You will deliver letters and parcels across the local community, working a mix of standard and parcel shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business addresses.
• Complete a 30‑hour weekly standard route and an additional 5‑hour parcel shift.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Represent Royal Mail positively to customers and neighbours.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• Organised, punctual and customer‑focused.
• Comfortable walking long periods and working outdoors in any weather.
• Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
