Power Platform Developer (Hybrid) – Dudley

About the role

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a fast‑growing technology team for a client located near Dudley. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance in the office two to three days per week, and focuses on turning business requirements into secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for designing, building, and supporting solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Gather and translate business requirements into user‑focused, maintainable applications.
• Create automated workflows and business processes to improve efficiency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Power Platform enhancements and recommend new capabilities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution designs and support materials.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands‑on experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and third‑party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, query writing and performance optimisation.
• Any experience with C#/.NET or similar object‑oriented development is a plus.
