PPA Teacher – Chiltern Area

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join two one-form entry primary schools in the Chiltern area, starting September 2026. The role is full-time and split across both sites, teaching Monday‑Wednesday at one school and Thursday‑Friday at the other.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a broad, engaging and ambitious curriculum for pupils across both schools.
- Inspire and motivate students, fostering high expectations and inclusive learning.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to ensure consistent teaching standards.
- Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and potentially take on subject or area leadership in the future.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and the wider community.

- Strong teaching practice and commitment to high‑quality learning experiences.
