PPC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive PPC Manager to lead our paid media efforts across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta platforms. The role is office‑based in Stockport and will focus on driving measurable revenue growth for a fast‑growing eCommerce business serving both B2B and B2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all paid advertising activity on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) and Meta.
• Optimize paid search and Shopping campaigns to maximise revenue and ROAS.
• Improve CPC efficiency and impression share across non‑brand campaigns.
• Manage and enhance product feeds for Shopping performance.
• Develop audience segmentation and Customer Match strategies.
• Run structured testing on bidding, targeting and creative.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance and CRO.
• Report insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience running Meta Ads across awareness and conversion objectives.
• Strong track record scaling non‑brand search and Shopping campaigns.
• Deep understanding of bidding strategies, match types, Quality Score and auction insights.
• Experience with product feed optimisation and segmentation.
