PPC Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to lead our paid search and paid social teams across our London, St Albans and Cheltenham offices. You will own the strategy, execution and optimisation of campaigns on Google Ads and major social platforms, driving measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Conduct keyword research, ad grouping and audience targeting to maximise reach and efficiency.
• Monitor bids, budgets and settings to ensure optimal ROI while staying within budget constraints.
• Analyse performance data, produce detailed reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and best practices, continuously refining campaign tactics.
• Implement A/B testing to compare strategies and improve outcomes.
• Present results and recommendations in client meetings.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust tactics.
