PR Account Manager – B2B Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PR professional to join our B2B communications agency in Carshalton. You will become a trusted extension of our clients’ teams, turning complex technical subjects into compelling stories.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate, engaging content such as press releases, case studies, advertorials, newsletters, web copy, video scripts and social media posts.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s products, technology and brand to ensure consistent tone and messaging.
• Lead day‑to‑day account delivery, maintain strong client relationships and pitch stories to secure high‑quality media coverage.
• Collaborate with in‑house designers, support social channel growth and contribute to client events.
• Report to the Account Director and Senior Account Director team, providing regular updates and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR, journalism or technical writing, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong curiosity and ability to grasp complex subjects quickly.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
