PR Account Manager

About the role

Join an award‑winning agency in Tunbridge Wells as a PR Account Manager, leading integrated communications campaigns for B2B technology clients. You will combine storytelling expertise with strategic planning to deliver impactful media coverage and content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Plan, develop and deliver integrated PR campaigns for B2B technology clients.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign rollout.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and recommend optimisation.
• Build and nurture media, analyst and stakeholder relationships to secure coverage and speaking opportunities.
• Oversee creation of press releases, articles and other communications materials.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to craft compelling stories.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of account management experience, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Excellent writing and editing ability, capable of translating complex ideas into engaging content.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and messaging in a B2B technology context.
• Confidence in media outreach and relationship building.
• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented with ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative team player thriving in a fast‑paced creative environment.
