Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the practice team to meet revenue targets and deliver high‑quality patient service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements.

• Motivate staff daily and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a healthcare or dental practice or a comparable high‑performance environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Resilient under pressure with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver audits to high standards.
