Practice Manager – Healthcare Facility (Part‑time)

About the role

Health Village Esher is seeking a part‑time Practice Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its serviced healthcare facility in Esher. The role is primarily on‑site with occasional work‑from‑home flexibility and involves about 20 hours per week, including occasional cover and out‑of‑hours calls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Front of House team and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for practitioners and patients.
• Create and maintain staffing rotas, handling last‑minute changes efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness across seven consultation rooms.
• Support the owner in achieving business goals and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate joint marketing activities such as the bi‑annual directory and SEO‑focused landing pages.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing small teams in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, luxury brand or education settings.
• Highly organised, meticulous and detail‑oriented.
• Calm, level‑headed and able to respond quickly to staffing changes.
