Practice Nurse – Full‑time (40 hrs) – London Clinics

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our digitally enabled NHS practice across five central London clinics. The role combines face‑to‑face appointments, remote consultations and desktop reviews to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based nursing care across a range of clinics including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, cervical screening, NHS health checks, immunisations, travel health, wound care and long‑term condition management.
• Conduct face‑to‑face appointments, remote video or telephone consultations and desktop clinical reviews, ensuring accurate electronic records.
• Collaborate with GPs, advanced clinical practitioners, pharmacists and other multidisciplinary team members to provide safe, equitable care.
• Participate in population health initiatives, QOF indicator achievement and structured annual reviews.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with practice policies.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and eligible to practise in the UK.
• Experience delivering nursing care in primary‑care or community settings.
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm across multiple central London sites.
• Commitment to digital service delivery and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic patient record systems.
• Venepuncture and wound‑care techniques.
• Conducting remote consultations via telephone or video platforms.
