About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary‑care nursing services to patients in a GP practice setting.
• Perform cytology sampling and analysis, ensuring updates within the last three years.
• Manage chronic disease programmes, providing monitoring and patient education.
• Administer child immunisations according to national guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in primary‑care environments.
• Confidence in at least two of the following areas: cytology, chronic disease management, child immunisations.
