Practice Solutions Manager – Vision Care – North West HPA

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Practice Solutions Manager to boost market share and contact lens (CL) penetration across top accounts in the North West HPA region. You will combine commercial consultancy with digital platform expertise to enhance eye‑care practices and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Business Development Managers, Account Leads, and eye‑care professionals (ECPs) to achieve sales targets and improve patient engagement.
• Promote Alcon’s digital platform, encouraging new prescriptions, subscriptions, and streamlined consumer journeys.
• Plan and execute fitting events, category growth events, and in‑store visibility initiatives.
• Deliver training and coordinate educational curricula in collaboration with the Professional Education team.
• Provide technical advice and high‑level commercial consultancy to practices.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on understanding customer needs.
• Background in business administration combined with extensive optical training or experience.
• Opticians or optometrists with proven commercial experience.
• Motivated, results‑driven individual capable of achieving ambitious goals.
