Pre-Construction Coordinator

About the role

The Pre-Construction Coordinator will support the pre‑construction function of a leading UK specialist in high‑performance internal glazing and partitioning systems. The role bridges sales, bids and design teams, ensuring a smooth handover of projects and accurate tender documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals, track new opportunities and qualify tender documents.
• Coordinate communication between clients, sales, estimating and operations departments.
• Create and manage CRM project records, maintain tender folders, trackers and submission templates.
• Provide administrative support to the Bid and Estimating teams, including diary and deadline management.
• Assist estimators with enquiries, document issuance and information tracking.

Required profile

• Strong administration and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Good stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
