Pre‑Brief Clerk – Support Driver Briefings

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Pre‑Brief Clerk to support our Shift Manager in preparing daily driver briefings at our North London hub. The role ensures drivers are fully briefed on routes, performance expectations and compliance, helping DX deliver its “Delivered Exactly” promise.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure all drivers attend the pre‑brief session each shift.
• Structure driver returns to the Service Centre to enable effective management of delivery and collection performance.
• Analyse failed deliveries and collections, providing performance feedback to drivers.
• Run system‑driven interrogation of Service Centre delivery and collection data using DXNS databases.
• Reconcile returned documentation against expected records to protect revenue and support accurate billing.
• Validate that scheduled delivery and collection points have been attended and flag any exceptions before driver departure.
