Key responsibilities

• Deliver premium dispensing consultations and guide patients in selecting frames that match their vision and lifestyle.
• Provide AI‑powered lifestyle and colour‑styling advice during appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
• Support the optical team with frame fitting, adjustments, and product knowledge updates.
• Assist in the promotion of luxury frame collections and staff discount programmes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant in a retail or clinical setting.
• Strong passion for eyewear fashion and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and a desire to build lasting patient relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of optical dispensing processes.
• Familiarity with luxury eyewear collections.
• Ability to conduct colour and styling consultations.
