About the role
RSM is seeking a Presales Consultant to join its rapidly growing Consulting Commercial Team. You will work closely with sales and professional services to support the sales process for NetSuite solutions, helping prospective clients understand how the platform can meet their business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support presales activities for prospective clients, including requirement gathering and solution alignment.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to design and propose tailored NetSuite solutions.
- Build and deliver NetSuite presentations and live demonstrations.
- Capture client business processes and requirements during alignment sessions.
- Liaise with the Professional Services team to draft detailed Letters of Engagement (statements of work).
- Provide ongoing guidance and knowledge to the Commercial team throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to understand and translate business processes into technical requirements.
