About the role
JDS Recruitment is seeking a passionate Pre‑School Leader to join a welcoming primary school in Harlow from September. This is a full‑time, initial one‑year fixed‑term position offering the chance to shape early years provision in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Early Years setting and ensure high‑quality education and care for young children.
- Inspire staff and promote a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Make a tangible impact on children’s early learning experiences.
Required profile
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Two years of professional references.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality Early Years education.
