Pricing Architect

About the role

Royal Mail is seeking a Pricing Architect to lead the design and implementation of pricing solutions within its multi‑year Future ERP Programme. The role will focus on modernising pricing, billing and revenue management across Finance, HR and Commercial functions using SAP technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and shape the end‑to‑end pricing architecture for the SAP S/4HANA and BRIM landscape.
• Integrate CPQ, price‑management and customer‑portal capabilities to enable attribute‑based, individually priced products.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Commercial teams to ensure seamless data flow and real‑time insight.
• Drive automation of billing processes and support the transition from legacy systems.
• Provide technical guidance and governance for pricing‑related data models and analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing pricing solutions in large ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of finance, commercial and revenue‑management processes.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment and influence stakeholders.
