Pricing Specialist – Transition to Underwriting

About the role
We are seeking a pricing specialist who is eager to move into underwriting within our Portfolio Solutions team. This position offers a unique pathway for nearly‑qualified professionals to develop underwriting expertise while building on existing pricing experience in the Lloyd’s/London market.
Key responsibilities
- Support pricing activities for insurance portfolios and provide analytical input for underwriting decisions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to translate pricing data into risk assessments.
- Maintain and update pricing models and market data relevant to the Lloyd’s market.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals for clients.
Required profile
- Recent experience in Lloyd’s/London market pricing.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Motivation to transition into underwriting at an early career stage.
