Primary Care Pharmacist

About the role
Penrose Health is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its primary‑care team in South East London. You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering safe and effective medication management for a defined patient list.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all medication‑related activities, including repeat prescriptions, medication reviews and drug monitoring.
- Run independent medication review clinics and provide direct patient support.
- Collaborate closely with GPs, nurses and the wider clinical team to ensure high‑quality, joined‑up care.
- Optimise medicines using clinical expertise to improve health outcomes.
- Work with the Pharmacist Dispenser to maintain efficient and accurate repeat prescribing.
- Share learning with other pharmacists and contribute to service development.
Required profile
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy community pharmacy.
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in applying it.
- Excellent communication skills, kindness and a collaborative mindset.
- Organised, adaptable and able to manage a patient list autonomously.
