About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to support primary schools in the Pevensey area. The role can be taken on a full‑time, part‑time or temporary basis, giving you the flexibility to match your personal schedule while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of primary classes using supplied teaching plans.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different school environments and pupil needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
- Recent teaching experience with verifiable references.
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS and vetting checks.
Required skills
- Ability to plan and deliver lessons confidently.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in multiple schools within the Sussex region.
