About the role
Vision for Education is partnering with primary schools across the Wirral to place Early Career Teachers from September 2026. The role offers both full‑time and part‑time options, allowing you to start your teaching career while completing your induction or working as a supply teacher.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
- Participate in mentoring, induction programmes and ongoing professional development.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve it by summer 2026.
- Passion for primary education and commitment to safeguarding.
- Strong communication, organisation and classroom management abilities.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability and a desire for continuous professional growth.
