Primary Intervention Teacher

About the role

We are partnering with a large Primary Trust across Maidstone and Medway to deliver high‑impact, targeted interventions in Maths and Literacy. As a Primary Intervention Teacher you will work with pupils who need additional support to close learning gaps and raise attainment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions for KS1 and KS2 pupils.
• Provide focused teaching in Maths and Literacy to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with school staff across multiple sites within the trust.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet individual needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering 1:1 and small‑group interventions.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 & KS2 curriculum.
• Ability to raise attainment and close learning gaps.
• Flexible, proactive approach to supporting several schools.
