Primary PPA Teacher – Full‑time Contractor

About the role
We are looking for a PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) Teacher to join a friendly, inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest from September 2026. The role involves delivering pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting class teachers during their release time and helping pupils maintain strong progress.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, pre‑planned lessons as a PPA Teacher.
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 year groups.
- Maintain positive behaviour and uphold classroom expectations.
- Assess learning and provide feedback where required.
- Collaborate with teachers and senior leaders.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous primary teaching experience.
- Ability to teach confidently across multiple year groups.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS certificate with the Update Service.
- Right to work in the UK.
