Primary School Teacher (Key Stages 2‑4)

About the role

Seva Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join its expanding network of schools in Harrow. You will work with pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum while supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and schemes of work.
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Set high expectations that inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to achieve their potential.
• Prepare students for external assessments and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.
• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of school policies, contributing to the wider ethos and life of the school.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher at any stage of their career, committed to the Teachers’ Standards.
• Willingness to undergo child protection screening, including DBS checks.
• Passion for supporting pupils with SEND and ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
• Strong subject and curriculum knowledge across the primary phase.
