Primary School Teacher / Teaching Assistant – Blackpool

About the role

Teaching Personnel is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Marton, Blackpool to recruit enthusiastic Primary School Teachers (EYFS, KS1 & KS2), Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Staff. The roles are offered on a short‑term, long‑term or permanent basis, providing flexible opportunities to support pupils across the school.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver age‑appropriate curriculum and classroom activities for early years and key stages 1‑2.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, marking and classroom management.
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN and learning support.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual learning plans.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Required profile

• Passionate, pupil‑first attitude with a commitment to inclusive education.
• Flexible and reliable, able to adapt to varying timetables and responsibilities.
• Relevant qualifications for the role and a valid enhanced DBS check.
• Experience in primary education is desirable for teaching roles and beneficial for TA positions.
