Primary School Teacher – Year 3/4 Mixed Class (Blackpool)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Primary School Teacher to lead a mixed Year 3/4 class in a welcoming school in Blackpool. You will deliver engaging lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the KS2 national curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of a mixed‑ability cohort.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
• Promote strong behaviour management and pupil wellbeing.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably in mixed year groups.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil achievement.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
