Primary SEMH Supply Teacher – Cambridgeshire

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to join a specialist primary setting in Cambridgeshire on a supply basis from September to December 2026. The position offers small class sizes, a supportive staff team and a creative curriculum focused on children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of primary‑aged pupils.
- Provide targeted support for pupils with SEMH, SEND or challenging behaviour.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the wider staff team to adapt curriculum and share best practice.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Experience teaching primary‑aged children.
- Experience with SEMH, SEND or challenging behaviour (desirable).
- Patience, resilience and adaptability.
- Ability to deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
