About the role

Join the LEAD Tuition & Targeted Learning team in the London Borough of Hounslow as a Primary SEND Tutor. You will deliver personalised, high‑quality education to primary‑aged children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, helping them overcome barriers and achieve lasting progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, individualised SEND learning programmes.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and EHCP outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and partner agencies.
• Monitor progress, keep accurate records and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with schools, external professionals and multi‑agency teams.
• Participate in reviews, meetings and curriculum development initiatives.
• Promote safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience supporting children with SEND.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student‑centred practice.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
