Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Daily Work

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide daily, ad‑hoc cover for schools in Greenwich and surrounding areas. The role offers flexibility to work only when it suits you, ranging from a single day a week to regular short‑term assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to same‑day booking requests and pre‑booked cover assignments.
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, adapting to the specific year group.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage behaviour effectively.
- Prepare and follow lesson plans provided by the host school or create appropriate activities on short notice.
- Communicate progress and any concerns to the school’s leadership team.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Positive, adaptable attitude towards varying classes and year groups.
- Strong behaviour management and communication abilities.
- Reliability and willingness to work at short notice.
