About the role
HAYS Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide day‑to‑day cover and long‑term vacancy support for schools in Lewes and surrounding areas. This flexible role suits both early‑career teachers and experienced educators looking for part‑time, full‑time, or occasional assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality primary education across a range of subjects.
- Provide short‑term or extended classroom cover as required by partner schools.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of each school and pupil group.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Previous experience working within a school environment.
- Genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative school staff team.
