Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Part‑Time Roles

About the role

Teaching Personnel is seeking qualified primary teachers for flexible supply work across schools in March and Chatteris. The role can start immediately or in September 2026 and offers a choice of full‑time, part‑time, day‑to‑day or long‑term assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 or KS2 following pre‑planned schemes of work.
• Adapt teaching style to different school environments and pupil needs.
• Maintain strong classroom discipline and behaviour management.
• Work standard school hours (8:30 am – 3:30 pm) and be available from 1 to 5 days per week.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Availability for at least one day per week.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Required skills

• Effective classroom management.
• Ability to follow and occasionally develop lesson plans.
