Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Roles in Wadhurst

About the role
HAYS Education is looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide day‑to‑day cover and longer‑term placements across schools in Wadhurst and the surrounding area. The role offers flexible working patterns, allowing you to teach as little as one day a week or up to five days.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the national curriculum to primary pupils in accordance with school policies.
- Provide reliable classroom cover for short‑term absences and longer vacancies.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans and assessments.
- Collaborate with the existing teaching team to support student progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Experience working within a school environment.
- A genuine desire to contribute to a supportive school community.
Required skills
- Classroom management.
- Lesson planning and delivery.
- Effective communication with pupils and staff.
