Primary Supply Teacher – South Gloucestershire

About the role

We are seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to provide flexible, day‑to‑day support across schools in South Gloucestershire. The role is ideal for teachers who want to gain experience in a variety of settings while maintaining control over their schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using pre‑prepared plans, requiring no additional planning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and adhere to each school's policies.
• Mark pupil work in line with school expectations.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and age ranges (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Support pupils' learning and progress throughout the primary years.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent teaching experience in a UK primary school.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply and join the update service).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong classroom management and a passion for making a positive difference to children’s lives.
