About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic primary supply teachers to provide flexible classroom cover in Wadhurst and surrounding schools. Whether you are newly qualified or have years of experience, you will be matched with placements that suit your availability and career goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the national curriculum to primary pupils on a day‑to‑day or longer‑term basis.
- Provide reliable cover for teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of each class.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and pupil progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Clean DBS check.
- Teaching experience in a school setting within the last five years.
- Confidence to hit the ground running and manage a classroom effectively.
