Primary Teacher (Early Career) – Full‑Time in Brighton

About the role
We are partnering with welcoming primary schools in Brighton & Hove to recruit Early Career Teachers for full‑time positions starting September 2026. The role offers a supportive environment to develop your teaching practice and complete your ECT induction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress while collaborating with experienced colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected by September 2026.
- Early Career Teacher ready to start teaching in September 2026.
- Passion for primary education and helping every child succeed.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Positive, reflective and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
