Primary Teacher / ECT – Holistic Primary School (Wandsworth)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a three‑form entry primary school in Wandsworth, South West London. The school follows a holistic learning approach and values collaboration, creativity, and strong pupil behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum (Year 1‑6).
• Contribute to subject‑specific leadership roles such as Maths, English, Humanities or Year‑Group Lead, with additional remuneration.
• Participate in the school’s bespoke ECT induction programme and ongoing professional development.
• Support the school’s ethos of holistic education and maintain high standards of pupil behaviour.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Ambitious, hardworking, and committed to high academic standards.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and ability to inspire young learners.
• Team‑player who can work collaboratively with other teachers.

Required skills

• Effective classroom management.
• Lesson planning and assessment.
• Ability to deliver across core subjects (Maths, English, Humanities).
