Primary Teacher (EYFS to Year 6) – Supply

About the role

Engage Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work on a day‑to‑day supply basis across mainstream primary schools in Dartford. You will cover both planned and unplanned absences from EYFS to Year 6, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 15:30 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across the full primary curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Implement school policies and procedures consistently.
• Provide seamless continuity for pupils during teacher absence.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Flexibility to respond to short‑notice assignments.
• Enthusiasm and motivation to deliver high‑quality lessons.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to adhere to and implement each school’s policies.
