Primary Teacher – Flexible Full‑time/Temporary Roles

About the role
We are partnering with several welcoming primary schools in Mitcham and the wider Merton borough to provide flexible teaching opportunities. Roles are available immediately and can be short‑term or long‑term, covering Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through Key Stages 1 and 2.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum.
- Monitor and support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other school staff.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Adaptable, proactive and reliable with a positive teaching style.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
